1. Body & Health — without health everything else is meaningless. Sleep, nutrition, movement, basic first aid.

2. Economics & Finance — personal finance. Not investments, just: income > expenses, emergency fund, don't get into debt.

3. Mind & Psychology — understanding your emotions, habits, thinking traps. Otherwise you sabotage yourself.

4. Relationships & Communication — people = resource, support, meaning. Minimum: ability to listen, say "no", maintain close connections.

5. Work & Career — you need income. That means you need a skill people pay for.
